Feel More Connected Without Feeling Overwhelmed
You want meaningful connection—but it often feels complicated, draining, or hard to trust. At Iroko Health, we help you build relationships that feel safe, balanced, and true to who you are.

You keep people at arm’s length without meaning to. Or maybe you open up too fast and later regret it. You want to feel close to others, but something always gets in the way—overthinking, overgiving, pulling back, or waiting for the other shoe to drop. Relationships can feel like walking a tightrope: too much feels suffocating, too little feels lonely. And if you’ve been hurt before, it can be hard to know how to trust again. These patterns make sense—and they can shift.

How we help you reconnect and get closer
A supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and build tools to feel more in control.

Make Sense of Your Relationship Patterns
We explore how your past experiences, beliefs, and nervous system responses are shaping how you connect today. Whether it’s avoidance, people-pleasing, or fear of rejection, we help you understand what’s behind it.
Build Emotional Boundaries and Safety
We work on helping you feel more grounded and less reactive in relationships. That means setting limits that protect your energy without shutting others out—and sharing yourself in ways that feel safe and steady.
Practice Real Connection, Your Way
Together, we explore ways of being in relationship that feel more honest and sustainable. Whether you want deeper friendships, a more secure romantic bond, or simply to stop feeling so guarded, we help you move toward connection on your own terms.
