Heal from Burnout and Let Go of Constant Pressure
You’re getting things done, but it’s taking everything you’ve got. At Iroko Health, we help high-functioning, overwhelmed individuals step out of survival mode—and reconnect with a version of success that doesn’t cost your wellbeing.

You’re always on. Always performing, producing, staying “on top of it”—even when you’re running on empty. Maybe you feel guilty when you rest, or anxious when you slow down. On the outside, it looks like you’re managing. On the inside, it’s a quiet collapse: exhaustion, resentment, disconnection. Burnout isn’t just about working too much—it’s about carrying too much, with no space to be human. We help you find your footing again, so your drive doesn’t have to come at the expense of your peace.

What burnout and pressure counseling looks like
A supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and build tools to feel more in control.

Step Out of Survival Mode
We start by identifying what’s draining you—mentally, emotionally, and physically. You’ll gain clarity on what’s fueling your burnout and how to interrupt the cycle, one step at a time.
Redefine Productivity on Your Terms
Together, we explore the beliefs and pressures that push you to overextend—perfectionism, guilt, fear of falling behind—and start shifting toward a healthier, more sustainable rhythm.
Rebuild Energy and Motivation From Within
We help you reconnect with your values, your body, and your natural pace. This isn’t about doing less—it’s about doing things differently, in a way that supports both your goals and your wellbeing.
