Quiet the Overthinking and Ease the Worry
Your mind won’t slow down—and it’s exhausting. At Iroko Health, we help you untangle anxious thoughts, calm your nervous system, and build trust in yourself so you can finally feel more at ease.

You replay conversations in your head. You imagine worst-case scenarios before anything even happens. Every small decision feels high-stakes, and rest never really feels restful. Even when you’re not actively worrying, your brain keeps scanning for what might go wrong. It’s more than just “thinking too much”—it’s a cycle that keeps you stuck in stress and self-doubt. You don’t have to live in your head all the time. We’ll help you quiet the mental noise and return to the present with more clarity and calm.

What counseling looks like for overthinking & worrying
A supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and build tools to feel more in control.

Slow Down the Mental Spiral
We help you recognize your worry patterns and the deeper fears that drive them. You’ll learn how to interrupt spirals before they take over and develop more helpful ways to relate to uncertainty.
Regulate Your Nervous System
Through calming tools and body-based strategies, we work on bringing your nervous system out of constant alert mode so your mind has space to rest and reset.
Build Inner Trust and Flexibility
You’ll learn how to tolerate not knowing, how to trust your decisions, and how to stay grounded—even when things feel out of your control. Over time, your mind becomes a safer, steadier place to be.
